CITY OF SALUDA LEAF PICKUP INFORMATION: Leaf pickup will be available for residences located within the City Limits of Saluda December 5th through December 16th. NOTE: Leaf pickup efforts have been delayed due to rainy weather, and will continue until each street has been collected once. ALL LEAVES MUST BE OUT AT THE CURB FOR PICKUP BY DECEMBER 5TH! Please do not place leaves in driveways or access areas, as we do not have a street by street schedule for pickup. EACH STREET WILL BE PICKED UP ONLY ONCE- Any leaves remaining after City crews have visited your street will be the property owner's responsibility to dispose of. THANK YOU FOR YOU COOPERATION AS WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THIS SERVICE. |

As you cross the bridge into town, you'll pass the Green River BBQ, a local watering hole, and follow the Norfolk Southern Railway tracks through town. The public Library, Old Depot station, and City Hall buildings will greet you with the same style they greeted the original townspeople as they rode their horses into town. The many historical buildings are well blended with the newer additions to town to give Saluda that quaint rustic feel with a modern twist that "just feels like home". |
