Individuals and families who have a second home in Saluda but who receive their
primary medical care in their “hometown” can, after taking the following action,
access medical services at the Saluda Medical Center (saludamedical.org):
When next in town drop by the Center for a brief screening regarding your
medical history and give written permission for the Center to send for copies of
your medical records. Once this step has been taken and your records have
been received, you can continue receiving primary medical care in your
hometown, but should the need arise, can make an appointment at the Medical
Center while in Saluda, where diagnosis and treatment will be based upon your
medical history and presenting concerns
